REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND DATA RETENTION POLICY



This Cancellation, Refund & Data Retention Policy covers any subscription purchased online through wwww.quodeck.com and gamiquo.com. To understand the Cancellation, Refund & Data Retention Policy for any other subscription to QuoDeck/Gamiquo purchased by you, please send an email to support@quodeck.com with your specific query for more information. QuoDeck/Gamiquo offers services on a SaaS basis to customers and endeavors to always keep them happy. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with us, and want to exit, here’s how we handle it:

How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing it with us for the next month /year chosen by you. You may also email us at support@quodeck.com.


What happens to my content and data when I cancel?

Once your account has been cancelled, we will retain any content and data created by you for a period of 90 days. During this period, you can download your content. Any download options provided by QuoDeck/Gamiquo do not refer to platforms, games, game engines or designs as they are proprietary to our platform. Post the 90-day period, QuoDeck/Gamiquo will delete the data at their discretion, and since all deletion of data is final, please make sure you reach out to us before the deadline.


What happens if there is an issue with my payment method?

We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription cycle whether that is monthly or annual. When we renew your subscription, QuoDeck/Gamiquo will use the payment method currently active on your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and this may result in an inadvertent cancellation of your subscription. In such a case, we will reach out to you through the contact details provided by you (in most cases your email id) informing you of the issue within 48 hours. We require a corrective action (update of your payment details, outreach to us by email for direct payment) within 72 hours of such a communication. If we don’t hear from you, we will need to put your account on suspension until you choose to renew it. At this point, any users on your platform will be unable to access or view anything. During the suspension and until a renewal action has happened, we will not bill you any further for any additional subscription cycles. However, if we do not receive a renewal from you within 90 days of reaching out regarding the suspension, we will mark your account inactive and also delete all data and content hosted by you on the platform.


What is the policy for the Free Plan?

In case of a Free Plan, we do not charge you anything by way of subscription. You can potentially stay on a Free Plan as long as you want with QuoDeck/Gamiquo, but will be governed by the restrictions of the Free Plan. If you wish to remove the restrictions, you will need to purchase a subscription pack. For Free Plan accounts that have fallen inactive for a period of more than 180 days, we mark the account as inactive. Once your account has been inactive for an additional period of 90 days, we will, at our discretion, delete all content and data hosted by you on the platform. Since all data deletion is final, please make sure you reach out to us before the deadline.


What is QuoDeck/Gamiquo’s refund policy for its Paid Plans?

For a Monthly plan, in case you cancel your subscription, no refunds or credits for partial months are given by QuoDeck/Gamiquo. For an Annual plan, in case you cancel your subscription: - Within 15 days of initiation/renewal – QuoDeck/Gamiquo charges you 1 month’s subscription and refunds the rest of your money within a maximum of 30 business days - Within 180 days of initiation/renewal – QuoDeck/Gamiquo charges you for 180 days and refunds the rest of your money within a maximum of 30 business days - After 180 days of initiation/renewal – No refunds or credits for the remainder of the term are given by QuoDeck/Gamiquo

We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all subscriptionscreated or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
